This website, chaknamakhna.in, is operated by Chokhani Global, having its address at Sahyogi Marg, Exhibition Road, Patna, Bihar 800001, holding GSTIN 10BRZPC2289Q1Z3 and FSSAI Licence No. 10425000001174.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Chokhani Global. "You" refers to the user or purchaser.

2. Acceptance

By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

4. Products and information

Our products are packaged food items. Product images on the Site are for illustration. Actual packaging, product appearance and size may vary.

Please read the ingredient list and allergen information on the product packaging before consuming. If you have a known food allergy or a specific dietary requirement, check the pack before use.

We make no claim that our products treat, prevent or cure any medical condition.

5. Pricing and taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery handling fees, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We may change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where the product is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or listing error, where a Cash on Delivery order cannot be verified, or where we are unable to deliver to your location. If we decline an order after payment, we will refund the full amount.

7. Payment

Payments on this Site are processed by GoKwik. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pincodes, subject to a handling fee shown at checkout.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

9. Storage and use

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consume before the date printed on the pack. We are not liable for product quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including the Chakna Makhna name and logo, product photography, packaging artwork, text and design, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to submit false or misleading information, including false delivery details on Cash on Delivery orders or false claims under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12. Third party services and links

The Site relies on third party services including Shopify, GoKwik and Shiprocket, and may link to third party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government action or public health emergencies.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page with its last updated date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
