Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account or contact us, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order details.
Bank details for refunds. Where we process a refund on a Cash on Delivery order, we collect the bank account details you provide for that transfer, and use them for that purpose only.
Payment information. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details for payment. Payments are processed by GoKwik, who handle that information under their own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and referring links, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders
- To send order confirmations, dispatch updates and delivery notifications
- To verify and confirm Cash on Delivery orders
- To respond to your questions, requests and complaints

- GoKwik, for checkout, payment processing and Cash on Delivery verification
- KwikEngage by GoKwik, for analytics and marketing communications
- Shiprocket, and the courier partners assigned through it, to deliver your order

We may disclose your information where required by law, or to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights.

We retain order, invoice and transaction records for as long as required under applicable tax and accounting law. Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active.
